Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be rescheduled once within 3 months, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. No refunds for cancellations due to weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
